DESIGN SCHEMES

We provide a design scheme which can be purchased for you to use, ie. carrying out the works yourself, or, we can carry out all/some of the work for you. The cost of the design scheme depends on room size, as shown hereunder:

For rooms up to 400 sq feet - £200

For rooms 401 to 500 sq feet – £250

For rooms over 500 sq feet - £300

CARRYING OUT WORKS

We can provide decorators, flooring contractors, tilers, small works builders, window fitters, general handyman, and electricians. These are local people, small businesses or

self-employed, who are tried and trusted. Alternatively, you may like to provide your own tradespeople.

Once a design scheme has been agreed, our tradespeople will come along to provide a quotation. Costings are based on what can been seen and, as you would expect, do not cover unforeseen circumstances such as dangerous wiring or structural problems, which may be uncovered when work has commenced. We certainly hope this will not be the case, but obviously include this disclaimer in the quotation.

In line with keeping all costs transparent, we would ask you to settle directly with the tradespeople.
