The existing bar was revamped and remerchandised to showcase their range of wines by the bottle and glass, as well as incorporating blackboards to advertise food and wine offers, as well as forthcoming events and special menus. Not only was a 'drinking' area introduced at the bar, but also a coffee area with leather sofa and tub chairs, encouraging people to stay for coffee and liqueurs after finishing their meal.
An old brick and oak fireplace was uncovered in he function room, as well as a bay window overlooking fields and woods, giving instant focal points to the room and making it an interesting place to dine with a feeling of warmth and inclusion.
Not only did the scheme instantly make the pub and restaurant look bigger, it gave
